The Village of Kenaston is aware of the odd location experiencing brown water in their toilets or sinks. It is believed that the water lines are in need of flushing which is unable to be done until warmer weather. Locations with brown water have had the water tested and tests are normal showing no concern regarding water regulations. Please be aware that extra water flowing through your lines will flush out the brown water, allowing you to continue using water normally. The village will do a water line flush with the fire hydrants around the community once the weather allows. Thank you for your patience during this process.
