Reminder to the Village of Kenaston residents.
The Village of Kenaston has a Building Bylaw. This bylaw is located on the website for review. Any building construction, additions to a building, or decks require a building permit from the office followed by inspections from our Building Official, Municode Services.
If you are unsure of whether you require a permit, please contact the office for clarification. This building bylaw also refers to demolition or removal of buildings within the Village of Kenaston. A demolition/building removal permit is required along with a deposit to ensure proper cleanup of the lot following the work completed.
