Tenders will be received until Tuesday, August 18, 2026 at 4:00PM. No tenders received after this time will be considered. Tenders will be opened at the Regular August Council meeting. All bids may be subject to GST and PST.
Sold as is, where is. The successful bidder will be contacted. The RM of McCraney No. 282 reserves the right to reject any or all bids received.
Tenders may ONLY be submitted by:
- Mail to the Rural Municipality of McCraney No. 282, P.O. Box 129, Kenaston, SK, S0G 2N0. Must be sealed with the words “Equipment Tender” marked on it.
- Hand delivered to the RM office located at 700 – 4th Street, Kenaston, SK. Must be sealed with the words “Equipment Tender” marked on it.
- Email submission of bids will be permitted. However, the RM of McCraney No. 282 cannot guarantee confidentiality of e-mailed documents and the Bidder assumes all risks associated with these forms of communication. Electronically submitted bid files shall be named: “Equipment Tender” and can be sent to rm282@sasktel.net.
The successful purchaser agrees to:
- Provide payment in full within 7 days of tender acceptance. Payment shall be made electronically online or by certified bank draft
- Be responsible for pick-up/transport of the tractor within 7 days of tender acceptance
- Any Other requirements as Council may deem necessary upon tender acceptance
